Pros
Great atmosphere and a nice bunch of people. You get a chance to learn a lot from different fields and quite fast (provided that you are interested). Good benefits pack.
Cons
Automotive business is tough and as you progress in your career, you will be confronted with budget cuts / cost saving because of the situation of the industry. This is a bit frustrating when you're working on projects. Projects tend to move at a very slow pace. Decision making process is also quite slow. Salaries for some areas are lower than what you would get for the same job somewhere else.
