      Pros

      The people are very friendly, and even people not assigned to your group are willing to land a hand when you reach a block in your project. Nice close environment, I worked with everyone from senior engineers to technicians.

      Cons

      Commute is not optimal, and they do not always keep you busy. I assume this could be a good thing to see who has the initiative to find work, but it makes it a tad awkward.

      After 6 Plant.Managers. that have serve here, I can only state that if you have a lucky star you can climb the corporate latter.

      Cons

      Til today I have not met Jan Carlson during my 15 years at Autoliv, and you cant speak your mind if so then say bye bye to corporate latter
