      Good work life balance. Reputation wise is good in the automotive industry. Benefit is acceptable. Opportunity to grow in the new market

      Little away from the big cities, sometimes need travel a lot to other region or country. Salary is median in this area.

      The pay is pretty decent. The people are cool. It's a job. I don't want to be a lifer, but it's pretty okay for right now.

      Cons

      The overtime is ridiculous. Don't let anyone tell you that full-time is a 40 hour week, because it's not.
