      Pros

      Embedded side a lot of opportunity. good company if you are fresher.

      Cons

      Management is worst here. they are very lazy. If you have any concern no body work on that. Any process here takes 2 months. HR are worst people I have ever meet. they are very rude and act like a dictator. If you need to get any money(reimbursement etc.) minimum it takes 2 month that when you keep asking about it otherwise they will never give you. HR never reply on your mail until you keep president in CC.

      A good, fast growing company in Automotive Domain... Good compensation... Flexi work timings... Supportive HR :-)

      Not any to be pointed such as but its a big and growing organisation.. So there is a lot of scope to improve ...

      Pros

      Great management team that encourage team work. Many people employed 20+ years. Great colleagues to work with. Great health and education benefits.

      Cons

      Because of using lean processes this sometimes makes it so you have to do more work with limited resources and still meet deadlines.
