Not a Job to Stay With for the Long Haul

Pros

As a part timer, Autoliv only has us work weekends for 8 hours each day. This works perfectly with my school schedule, allowing me to focus on school during the week and work during the weekend.

Cons

It doesn't feel like management cares much about us. Job security isn't always a for sure thing. That is for part time, at least.
