      1. Good global Mindset and exposure. 2. Carefully designed corporate and manufacturing standards. 3. Have good business portfolio in coming years.

      Cons

      1. Very poor HR policies. 2. Very rude HR behavior. 3. Work life balance is poor. 4. Poor work culture. 5. Work culture doesn’t looks like that they are manufacturing such a critical parts, e.g. airbags and seat belts. 4. No respect to working associates. 5. Need to work a lot to improve the work culture. 6. Very stressful atmosphere. 7. Very high attrition rate. 8. Very stringent hierarchy which ceases your career progression.

      Work Wise -- good for technical growth. Helpful co-workers. Decent counterparts abroad.

      Cons

      Hopeless onsite policy. For example-- if you are sent onsite for a year , you are bonded to the employer for 2 more years(2x). And if you wish to resign you have to shell out 20 Lakh as bond amount.
