      Team is supportive. Very good place to learn lean technique. Good place to understand workflow. Good place to understand process to the core.loads of training and development if interested

      Cons

      HR is not much supportive. Canteen food not so good. Work pressure is very high and need to manage other department activites too. Growth depends on company growth not on performance
