      Pros

      This company is good for learning the labor class work or that work is outdated now. In their Manesar plant you can see unloading dock that already lost in past, all people’s from bottom to upper are working on same page means no value additional in their work. They have lots of training and study material but no one have time to eat food .

      Cons

      Truck unloading, space, people’s old thinking mindset, you can learn things that found at green field plant but in this company all problems remain same after longer time as well.
