      Pros

      Embedded side a lot of opportunity. good company if you are fresher.

      Cons

      Management is worst here. they are very lazy. If you have any concern no body work on that. Any process here takes 2 months. HR are worst people I have ever meet. they are very rude and act like a dictator. If you need to get any money(reimbursement etc.) minimum it takes 2 month that when you keep asking about it otherwise they will never give you. HR never reply on your mail until you keep president in CC.

      Good company to settle in if having a experience of 10 years with good salary

      Cons

      Too much can't explain. Please do consider all employees in mind. Salary should be as per industry standards

      Good Benefits, they take care of their people well. Great People to work with, good locations and available residential supports

      Cons

      Very Lean support staff, poor culture of communications. Very High expectations of very high technical competence with low culture of sharing cross skills. This may have been very specific to my supervisor.
