-have a huge list but what affected to me most was their view towards an employee.
-i joined as with lot of hope that i will transform and learn more about product based knowledge, but in reality GTSC is just a global dustbin where people are doing junk work like dwg updation and simple modifications and fooling their own other Autoliv divisions by overcharging for simple tasks.
-I wish that nobody shud go through what nightmare I had in this company since I was in beautiful projects in my previous company but when i ended up in Autoliv as Sr. design engg I thought I will learn more about product development but to my horror its just another service based organization fooling Indians that it is a tier one product based company.
-this company you are only a headcount nothing more all their professional attitude and code of conduct and work ethics is bogus and fake.
-mind you they address you as resource and managers openly say lets use this guy today lets that guy tmrw and moreover you are never in one project - whichever task comes u need to do it u have no choice over what u want to do.
