      Joined as an master’s intern in Oct’17 and left as Senior Executive in April’21. 4 ladders up in span of 3 and half years in SQA. Here are the takeaways; 1. Employee Oriented - HR and their concern towards employees, may it be intern or VP is immaculate. 2. Opportunities float in if shown interest. 3. Moves up the ladder quickly if a performer.

      Positive turns into negative, Responsibilities adds up and would have been happy if compensation were considered during appraisal.
