Good robust systems and procedures, good bonuses,

Cons

Excessive workload, reacting to tasks that come with very short reaction time and you are always late with most of your deliverables. You can easily stay to try and finish work several hours after your shift for most of the year.

-They really pay you a ton and that is awesome -Free turkeys and hams at Thanksgiving and Christmas -Very straightforward

Cons

-You work literally every day unless you say no and if you do say no you're treated differently -They aren't super great about emergencies, went to insta care and got written up for it -The hard labor is fine but they're short staffed so they'll work you until it's done
