Older facility with a very dark feel. Just starting to renovate. Air quality is not the best noticed by the layer of dust on the desks after one hour after cleaning

Most of them are unprofessional and downright rude (Operations) Person oriented (mostly). Managers have to beg to get the work done. No Process mapping. No system to support and guide freshers in the company. Have to work blindly in most of the cases I've personally seen few people under tremondous pressure whereas few who just pass time. A guy whose not trained in a particular area is working as a specialist there, that bothers me. Unfortunately your work efficiency is measured in terms of Hours you put in and the nights you spend in the company. Largely, you cant hold people accountable. Many of you may disagree but this is just my perspective.
