Easy work,a lot of training,no responsability,good cantine,good management,nice colleague,good position in town,big plant for production,small park area,bad busses to work,

Not technical often,no development,no responsability,only analyses,customer don t apreciate, hard to advance,only 5 S,only sugestion, You need to make sugestiona,not good job.

The team leader is a very good one although he's young, people are young, they are nice

Cons

Salary is kinda low. But you get the 13th salary, half price food at the canteens, free bus, good holiday
