Pros
The business model is strong. With the right management in place this company could grow at a fantastic rate.
Cons
Profit seems to be put over business growth. Ideas are not encouraged and autonomy isn't given to those that make positive strides in the business. Staff turnover for mobile technicians is horrendous. If the company listened to the ideas from people around them they could have a really successful business on their hands. I'd worry that the damage being done to the reputation of autorestore is getting to the point of beyond repair. Invest in your recruitment and HR strategy before it gets too late.
