      My Review of Autodesk

      Software engineer - intern

      Pros

      1) Good work life Balance and Work Culture 2) Positive work environment with excellent individuals and an understanding management. 3) Ample learning opportunities though you have to put more effort somedays from your end to get the best out of the job and to grow as a professional.

      Cons

      Work gets boring after a while due to bit delay in projects deadlines and you have to strive and put in more hours if you wanna learn on the job so keep working on side projects or on learning new things if you want to get the best out of your initial years as a fresher, for senior employees there are a lot of responsibilities aside from the technical job so no need to worry if you're an experienced professional.
