Pros

interesting work, new technology stack, training, sabbatical program, flexible work hours, free lunch

Cons

Terrible culture; something that has become progressively worse in past 2 years. Bloated middle management where engineers are underappreciated and managers reward themselves. no negative or critical opinions are "allowed", a very bureaucratic mindset where "who you know" is more important than "what you know" .

Pros

The company is actually a good place to work if not for the constant state of restructuring. Good benefits and package Open and friendly environment Flexible hours

Cons

Constant restructuring Buys more tech than they actually build Constant changing of high - mid level objectives Lack of long term vision from senior management

Pros

- Good benefits and perks, if that is what you are looking for (not my case). - Good work life balance, flexible working hours, friendly and relaxed office environment. - Transformation ongoing with encouraging things to come.

Cons

- Some old fashioned management techniques, favouritism, top down decisions. But people working in the Singapore office seem to be accustomed to that (lots of EP holders). - Definitely not an Agile company yet, too many management layers and limited team autonomy. This is a work in progress but mentalities will take time to change. - Inefficient process and "hero" mentality, instead of streamlined robust team-based development and deliveries. - Too many restructurations, and one 10% lay-off this year : the strategy seems to be based on the stock markets' and investors' reactions, and the employees just pay the price.
