Overall a good company to work for

Pros

Good work life balance. Good level of autonomy, engineers are allowed to make decisions about tech stack etc.

Cons

Decision making at middle management level can be baffling at times. Lots of reorgs happening, about once every year. Sometimes it is disruptive to productivity as people are shuffled around. Pay is not so ideal compared to other tech firms.

- Great colleagues and culture - Flexible workplace (3 days office, 2 days WFH) - Stable company, high retention rate, low turnover rate - Company insurance coverage available

Cons

- Salary is on the lower side - Some products are old and uses really old technologies - The skills of most software engineers here are mediocre - Career advancement can be quite slow
