Pros

- Incredible perks - Great worklife balance (especially if you've worked at other engineering firms in Singapore, you'd know exactly what am talking about) - Get to work on really nice tech

Cons

- Frequent chopping and changing - Could be a bit slow for some - Pay not quite on par with top tech giants

Pros

No pressure environment. No one even goes to work on Fridays. If you do not care about your career and have an easy time, this is the place for you.

Cons

Super sexist and racist environment where people can openly say "let's not hire female engineers" or "I don't like working with Indians" and no one bets an eye. Human Resources refuses to have a mandatory training for managers about bias because "It is hard" but there is a one hour mandatory training for a paper printer.

Thank you for sharing your post. We are very disappointed that someone had this experience at Autodesk, and since the post is anonymous, we cannot speak to this particular situation. Our culture is one where we do everything possible to make it very clear that we do not tolerate bad behavior. In addition to being on Fortune’s list of best places to work in the US, Canada, Singapore and China and Fortune’s list of Best Places to Work for Women, we also received a 100% rating from the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) for ensuring a supportive workplace for our LGBTQ community. In terms of training, we have mandatory sexual harassment training, and have also started delivering training on diversity & inclusion and respect in the workplace in many parts of the business. Our goal is that everyone at Autodesk feels that they belong—we know that we are not perfect, but we have made good progress and continue to be optimistic for the future.
