- Great pay - Great teams if you're lucky - Benefits were awesome, unlimited PTO as long as you're not CS, wellness benefits, everything that comes with a modern company not stuck in the 80's like most traditional companies.

Cons

- Occasional lack of direction, hard to adapt. - The recently made the shift to AI without addressing the environmental impact. Ironic considering they have a whole department on sustainability. Recently Blackrock acquired a large share making Vanguard and Blackrock their biggest shareholders. Both companies are complicit in genocide in Palestine. They also have an office in Tel Aviv.

Inconsistent management styles — employee experience varies widely depending on your direct manager. Recognition is not always based on effort or impact — visibility often matters more than results. Poor communication during transitions — layoffs, org changes, or strategic shifts are often not well communicated.
