decent pay, they hire good people (to then mistreat them, but the coworkers are fun)

the entire ACC org is a mess, and only got worse the longer I was there Best decision I've made in my career was leaving this toxic place behind. Reminds me of a quote I saw, "if your company has a high turnover rate in the most unstable job market this generation has seen, your company is the problem"
