- Great culture for growth and development - Supportive management - Healthy amount of pressure on targets etc. - Targets are achievable - Great offices and perks

Cons

- Always changes being made with products, structures, comp models etc, which is good if one is adaptable, but can be difficult if one is not. - Some less developed markets can be tough to work while being measured against other, more developed ones.
