Pros
They put people first. They are very generous. They understand that people want to evolve professionally and provide means to that end. People are fun to work with. I learned a lot here. They are very considerate and many people stay for 5+ years which is uncommon in the tech scene.
Cons
Some of the tasks are done by specialized teams, so if you are looking for a place were you do it all like a small startup, be ready to submit forms in old looking html pages and use slack channels with people from abroad for things like credentials and configurations instead of doing it yourself.
