Pros

Although a large company it feels almost like a small one, easy to reach out to anyone. Really international teams and management is quite descentralised. Very friendly atmosphere, great company values and strong company plan to success long term. The company adapts quickly in implementing new tools, and there is a lot of really skilled technical people.

Cons

Sometimes is difficult to get visibility into the why of some mgmt decisions and feedback is not always heard. Some employee perks have been removed without notice or explanation (no car benefit/allowance anymore in EMEA), and salaries have been decreased in certain locations impacting negatively the hiring process (bcn)
