      Pros

      Every manager I've had has helped me tremendously on a professional and personal level which I appreciate the most. The company also really helped us during COVID which is something that I gained a lot of respect for.

      Cons

      Company is constantly adjusting and moving pieces around. Could also be a good thing since it means growth.

      They truly care about their employees and go the extra step in order to take care of them. Excellent benefits as well.

      It is very hard to get promoted. Other than that, nothing!
