      Great management, at least in the CS department. There are many events and incentives in place, making you feel valued in your job and as a person. There is space to be part of side projects and develop other skills. With good products and interesting industries, there is always something new to learn, either from industry changes or from colleagues.

      Cons

      Career development exists, but it is slow due to the company's mature and segmented structure.
