Pros

The CEO is well regarded and very "human", the overall company strategy is sound, the overall culture is great

Cons

Because it's such a large company your day-to-day really depends on the team you are on. Some "lifers" are very much stuck in their old ways and keep the innovation and progress down, but the newer folks tend to balance this out.

Pros

- Very good pay and great benefits overall. - 2 weeks of rest in Christmas (this might have changed and depends on the team. My sales team had 1, but this was on top of PTO and public holidays which is a lot compared to the average US company). - Very good 401K match + stock options when you join the company, with reasonable vesting periods. - Good leadership. Had a great relationship with my manager, she was supportive of our whole team. 1 on 1s where a priority for her and connecting with everyone on the team on a weekly basis. - Trainings for sales dev org every few months, I found them pretty useful in general. - Bravely coaching available. Autodesk collaborates with the company Bravely and you can get free 1 on 1 coaching to discuss professional or personal matters with a great certified coach. Your conversations with this coach remain anonymous. I took advantage of it and it was a great experience during my 2 years at the company. - Positive environment of collaboration between sales teams and within my own team. I found the people on my team and other teams to be easy to reach out to for help. - Management wants you to succeed and they encourage you to make connections within the company, to find mentors, and keep learning.

Cons

Honestly I can't really think of any big negatives. When I left I was frustrated with a couple things that now seem fairly small and was moving to a different state in the US. My role working from that new US state would have been 100% remote and I decided to look for something hybrid in the new place. Overall this is a great company to work for and I recommend it. Do yourself a favor and negotiate your salary if you are offered a position.
