Pros
Benefits are fantastic! You also get to work cross functionally with people across the globe. My direct leadership team is pretty transparent and open to conversations, but can't say the same across the board.
Cons
Corporate America. They could pay better for loyal employees. For example, if you leave and come back, you get a raise. However, if you stay b/c you're loyal, you don't get the raise. It's hard to feel connected when there are so many people and moving parts. Transparency into decision making could also be better.
