Decent products, takes care of employees, genuinely cares to do the right thing.

Cons

Middle Managers are too many, engineers are usually against new politics, corp policies, surveys, non-tech initiatives and distractions that get ghosted the following year. Nobody acknowledges we're recycling initiatives of the past, they just sweep under rug and start new distractions with different non-technical faces.
