It has good culture with caring about employees and belongings. The culture is to encourage employees to speek out and transparent communication. Really WLB company. A lot of perks including commercial medical insurance, WFH expense immbursement, wellbeing funds etc.

Cons

Traditional SW company, it is still tranforming from desktop products to SaaS company that is behinds the high-tech evolution speed.
