Lots of Autonomy, No micro-management. Lovely people. Compensation package (including ESOPs, RSUs) is pretty decent.

Cons

You tend to get into a comfort zone which can hamper productivity and creativity. No set processes for cross-team collaboration. Behind the curve in many aspects when it comes to technology adoption. The company always goes through restructuring.
