- Really smart group of people who truly care about the customers

Cons

- TOOO MANY REORGS (at this point, it seems like there is a reorg every 3 months - and it ALWAYS causes disruptions) - Growth is extremely hard. Getting promoted isn't likely unless you want to play some dirty politics
