Pros

Great products. Meaningful impact on the world. Successfully transitioned to a Subscription model. Large customer base across various industries. Passionate customers doing amazing things. Nice office in downtown San Francisco.

Cons

Way too much politics. Various toxic behaviors in the leadership team especially in the Marketing group. Some volume products are at risk of being commoditized. Old management team that's been around forever, often for 20+ years.

Pros

Benefits, life/work balance, access to lots of resources (rich company)

Cons

Lots of bosses (not managers) trying to give direction, when they don't even know where they are going. No innovation, lots to do in terms of technical organization.
