Quite a lot of cool technologies, a lot of talented people. Working environment is also very good.

Cons

If you don't have many interests in engineering, construction, BIM, you might feel boring to understand a lot requirements linked to domain knowledge

- old school Tech company (slow growing, tight budgets) - lack of transparency and bureaucracy
