Great products Wide coverage of customer topics Great people Good packages

Cons

Management is disconnected from reality and from customers Hard management policy for the last 3 years - no more a social company Your personal life depend of your direct and higher manager not really of your achievement Lack of investment in resources and as a result a crazy pressure with no solution from the mgt (8 years fulfilling my main role and an acting one on top of it).

The culture is top notch. Great benefits. It feels good to be apart of a company that has so much influence on the world.

Cons

Not much. It is hard to get that big pay bump if you change jobs. But I'm sure a lot of places are like that.
