Pros

Respectful, collaborative, people and results-focused. There is a strong focus on communication and teamwork, skills development, and career planning. Work circumstances (location, hours etc) are highly flexible. The environment is friendly and congenial. Work-life balance is emphasized and encouraged.

Cons

Decision-making may at times be slow, but this is on an improving trend. Offices lack sufficient meeting rooms for small and large meetings. Finding privacy for a sensitive conversation can be challenging.
