Exciting and very creative environment. Freedom to experiment and come up with your own ideas which are appreciated. Excellent feedback and guidance provided from teammates who are a wealth of experience in their area.

Cons

I just wish it was more than 10 weeks.

Pros

Very supportive and collaborative culture. Work style depends on team but good people in general. My team gave me good visibility into the overall business they were looking into and let me drive my project independently, though they were always there to help out. They also genuinely cared for me and were invested in the internship. Brownie points - SF one market and pier 9 offices are out of the world. What a thrill to get the bay bridge and ferry building view from the window of one market :) intern events and tech talks were fun too!

Cons

Need to be self driven and take complete ownership, ask for help when needed and network within the organisation to get required info.

Best Manager - Very Motivational and Helpful World Class Salary - I was paid the highest salary autodesk can offer Immense Learning Curve - If you have the crave to learn new stuffs and work in an environment or product containing millions of LOC then autodesk is the place to work

Cons

Very Competitive - Most of the colleagues are very experienced and smart people so we have to work hard to compete with others Sometimes need to work long hours to get things completed, because all the products are very complex architectural design
