      Proud to work in Autodesk as the software it creates/acquire does help to create a better world. Learn a lot from smart people

      Cons

      Too many managers, little action, politics, silos Employee's voice and feedback falls into blackhole Little autonomy Growth and development is pathetic

      Fantastic and intelligent staff, excellent management, and a flexible schedule. People seemed very happy to be working there.
