      Company's reputation and good products. Good if you are in the development team.

      Leadership is focused on their own commissions at the cost of employee's well being Mediocre management in India t lack vision High attrition in India as manipulative management focus on divide and rule No freedom to work independently No career growth Autodesk US is completely different from Autodesk India. Don't get fooled!

      Autodesk is an innovative company making products that inspire people. It is common to see where you can make a real difference in peoples life.

      Cons

      Career paths are limited. Bonuses and Stock grants are not really tied to personal performance and are more of a reflection of how well you play politics.
