Coworkers are very professional, which encourages me to learn a lot from them. The product AutoCAD involves a lot of different techniques. It provides me excellent chances to practice programming/debugging skills, patterns, refactoring skills and etc.

Cons

Our team didn't get a lot of graphics/CAD related features those years.
