Great work/life balance. Good co-workers. Many interesting problems being solved. Definitely a place to be proud to work at.

Cons

Sometimes hazy vision cast by senior management. There's a feeling that the overall direction makes sense, but the steps in-between to get there aren't being fully thought-out.
