      Pros

      There are many online and F2F classes which helps you build your skills and mindsets. I believe Autodesk would be much more customer friendly company within this few years.

      Cons

      People are rather old. This might change but it is basically difficult to have an inovation by people with old success story.

      good work-life balance, you can do R&D in any field, company will listen. You can travel world wide.

      Pros

      I worked at Autodesk for around 6 months. It was an amazing company to work for and I'm grateful for my time there and the experiences I had. Autodesk has a great community of staff all around the worl.

      Cons

      Little drama but of course that's always a thing.
