Great place to work. Smart and respectful colleagues. Flexible working hours and culture.

Cons

Depending on the project you are in, you and your team may get all the attention or no attention at all. Your growth can be very slow if you are not in San Francisco.

They really embrace a solid life/work balance and treat you like a professional able to manage your own time and work.

Cons

Biggest con is that there's been a lot of restructuring happening over the passed couple of years.
