Autodesk is a great company to work for. The leaders at the time were visionary and there were folks you can depend on to get the job done. Accountability is a huge issue in the global company i work for now but never an issue for Autodesk.

Cons

Like all US incorporated organisations, Autodesk can be too US centric.
