- Love the Vision / Mission (Making a better world) - Very innovative people / teams - Unafraid of change (particularly recently) - Sabbatical program is awesome - Good work / life balance - Values / Ways of Working are right on target

- Hasn't always been great at stopping initiatives that don't align with strategy. Getting much better though
