Pros

Autodesk is a nice place to work, office is great and people are generally nice! Benefits, salary and overall flexibility is appreciated.

Cons

People are great, some have been at Autodesk for too long and lack understanding of what is done elsewhere. Lack of accountability, decision making takes too long and we’re missing on business opportunities. Some people are there to cash out their RSUs.
