1. Management is good 2. Pay scale is very good and you cannot compare it to industry standards 3. Benefits like health, personal and pf are too good 4. You will have a lot on learning curve and introduce new features/techs 5. Culture is very good 6. Last but not the least, work life balance is a PLUS here

Nothing that came to my mind apart from promotion is a bit slow here.

Decent healthcare benefits (United PPO is an option), somewhat lax depending on team, deadlines can be pushed back indefinitely.

Cons

Everyone is trying to take as much away from this company as possible, "you don't owe them anything, take everything you can" is repeated pretty high up. Even the people not very high on the totem pole are flying around everywhere in first class. Some people here work an entirely different full time job and are collecting two salaries. The culture is completely broken, no one is doing anything.
