Salary is competitive, culture tries to promote inclusion in terms of gender, race, etc.

Cons

HR is not active in providing help and solutions. It is an automated system and when you do ask for personal guidance they do not provide solutions but suggest that you use Bravely a company supplied life coaching service. Employee voice and input is limited to a survey once a quarter, the results of which do not seem to have impact. Managers do not understand the products and have no technical experience which makes the performance review awkward since they do not understand the work you do, Promotions seem very limited as they tend to hire from external sources so as a employee you do get stuck in the same role year after year.

I liked the people I worked with.

Cons

Management at AEC inspire us really bad. They don’t take ownership of their own decisions when things don’t work out. They blame and finger point. I even complained to the HR for some of the behavior but they went all ballistic on me. I ended up quitting.
