Pros

- Amazing company values - Good benefits included despite the pandemic - Many ERGs focussing on the personal and career growth of each Autodeskers - Many growth opportunities as managers encourage career growth within the company, not necessarily within the team

Cons

- Management teams are different in their values; some focus on deliverables rather than sustainable work, which unfortunately brings the morale down - Offices don't have the same luxuries - Have had minimal experience of peers including their biases during work (anti-maskers, anti-vaxxers, colorism, sexism) Always a difficult discussion to bring about

Pros

The company is successfully transitioning into the Subscription and SaaS business model and it's transforming the whole company. Leadership is great, diverese and understands the value of good culture. Competes for talent against the top tech companies and pays relatively well considering the size of the business Horizontal growth is encouraged and new initiatives keep surfacing creating a lot of opportunities to pivot

Cons

The entire org is going through transformation and in a transition state, making roles a bit murky and blurry. Other big Tech companies generally have better benefits and slightly higher base pay. The competition is tightening the gap. The offerings of the company need consolidation and a lot of work to restructure
