      Great company to work for Employee stock purchase plan Amazing co-workers Very diverse culture Very challenging and fast-paced environment Free coffee, cocoa and milk; subsidized soda

      Benefits in other geos are not the same in Singapore site Job may demand a lot of overtime work esp during quarter ends

      Pros

      Overall pleasant work environment. It's cool to be part of where AutoCAD and lots of other 3D design software come from. Good work-life balance. Some of the managers were the best I've ever met.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for professional growth. Frequent re-orgs. The team where I belonged had East Asians who had a more stifling work ethic (very hierarchy-centric) which meant difficulty in collaboration. Waste of skills and talents of some people who are limited to working the same repetitive tasks everyday.
